EARLY MORNING UNLIMITED (EMU)
CONDITIONS |
|
1. |
Play with other EMU members on a
court-available basis between the hours of 6 am - 9 am Mon-Fri and 6 am-8am
Saturday & Sunday. |
|
2. |
Reservations may be made up to one week in
advance. |
|
3. |
Two names (both EMU members) are required
to hold a reservation. Neither name may be on the books for another EMU reservation. |
|
4. |
You may have only one outstanding
reservation on the books. |
|
5. |
If playing with Club
member not in EMU, member pays $13. If playing with a Guest the
fee is $20. |
|
|
Management reserves
the rights, and signature below acknowledges applicant's acceptance thereof, as
follows: (1) to cancel any program described herein with pro-rata refunds to
participants; (2) to assign and shift courts at its discretion; (3) to
determine what if any refund is to be given should management honor a season reservation or program cancellation request; (4) to withhold court privileges
for failure to meet payment schedules; (5) to terminate membership for refusal
to comply with Club rules as established or now existing.

| Payment
Schedule: Initiation fee (if applicant
is not currently a member) and half the cost of a season reservation and/or
program are payable with this application; the balance is due no later than
June 1, 2008. |
