Fairfax Racquet Club's personal training center is staffed by skilled personal trainers. Contact member services to schedule a complementary personal training session for new clients.
Supervised Strength Training
With packages starting at less than $25 per session, and sessions between 20-30 minutes long, our packages are affordable not just for your finances but also your busy schedule. Meet one-on-one with your trainer, once or twice per week and we will address all your fitness needs using slow, controlled strength training. Work out in minimal time with optimal results.
Sport Specific & Functional Training
Using a variety of tools and training protocols, our SS&F training will address all your specific needs and provide you with high quality workouts. Sessions are 1 hour, although some staff may offer 30-minute sessions. Please contact member services for details.
Small Group Training
Prefer working out in a group setting, or is your team preparing for an upcoming tournament? Our personal trainers can design a class to meet your specific needs.
Junior Fitness Classes
We focus not only on getting your kids active and healthy, but also on building movement skills that will allow them to grow into strong and healthy adults. With a focus on movement skills - not competition - we help develop a love of fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
Active Isolated Stretch Class
Active Isolated Stretch (AIS) is a dynamic targeted stretch that addresses functional mobility and flexibility. Each class focuses on upper body, lower body, core and relaxation. The unsung hero of fitness, this stretch class is perfect for all since participants work at their own level under the guidance of a Certified Personal Trainer and Orthopedic Exercise Specialist/AIS professional. Four years running, the class has grown to include participants of all ages. The class is $8 for FRC Fitness Members; Non-Member rate is $15 per class.

Note: Participants much abstain from food, exercise, and any stimulants (coffee or other supplements) for 4 hours prior to the test.
